Google Chrome lets you automatically translate a webpage not written in your browser’s default language. Like most translation software, it can be a little unreliable.

The process consists of the following steps:

1. Record a narrated a PowerPoint presentation.
2. Save the narrated PowerPoint as a video.

This can be done by desktop versions of Microsoft PowerPoint.
